Drive financial planning and analysis at a growing SaaS leader. As our Business Controller, you'll use AI to innovate, provide key insights, and support M&A goals in this high-impact role.
Job description
For the right Business Controller, complexity isn't a problem—it's an opportunity. An opportunity to build, streamline, and create a robust financial engine inside a high-growth company. If that sounds like you, we have a challenge for you.
At ChurchDesk, we've become the leading vertical SaaS provider for churches across Europe. Our success is built on an enterprise model where customers choose us for our deep industry insights, trust, and long-term partnership. As our market evolves, it creates significant M&A opportunities. As a well-funded company, we are actively pursuing acquisitions to expand our market coverage and product portfolio, which is the driving force behind our growing financial complexity.
This is where you come in. We're looking for a Business Controller who thrives in this dynamic environment and can truly own the numbers for our group. Your mission will be to ensure the integrity of our financial data, from booking accurate accounting entries to conducting insightful variance analysis across each entity, department, and the group as a whole. You will be the go-to expert who ensures compliance and delivers the crucial reports that guide our decision-making.
But this role is about more than just managing the present. The key to mastering this complex environment is efficiency. You will have the autonomy to improve and automate our financial processes, finding smarter ways to handle routine tasks so you can focus on high-impact analysis and strategic projects. If you are a hands-on professional who loves bringing clarity to complex financial structures, using technology to build a more efficient future, this is your opportunity.
What we are looking for
While experience is valuable, what matters most to us is your proactive, go-getter attitude. We are looking for a professional with an athlete's mindset: you're ambitious, hungry to learn, and see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to grow. You are proactive, and energized by the thought of making a measurable impact in a fast-moving company.
